Finance Business Partner - 12 month FTC (Maternity Cover)Play a key role in driving insight, clarity, and performance across multiple businesses in the group.We're looking to appoint aFinance Business Partneron a 12-month fixed-term contract to support operational decision-making, improve financial visibility, and act as a trusted link between finance and the wider business.This is a brilliant opportunity for a commercially minded, analytically strong finance professional who thrives in a hands-on, collaborative environment.The Role Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you'll be responsible for:Producing accurate, timely weekly and monthly KPI reporting Conducting sales, margin, overhead, and stock analysis with clear commentary Supporting capex and investment proposals through robust financial modelling Translating financial performance into actionable insight for non-finance teams Promoting continuous improvement across processes and reporting Ensuring compliance with internal and external regulatory standards Based in Carlisle , you'll work closely with both the finance team and operational stakeholders across the business.What We're Looking ForPart or fully qualified accountant (ACCA / CIMA / ACA) Strong Excel skills and experience using accounting software Confident communicator with a proactive approach Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail Able to work independently and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment Experience in agriculture sector (desirable) Previous use of Microsoft D365 (desirable) Salary& Benefits£45,000-£50,000 salary range (DOE and qualification status) 5% employer / 5% employee pension contributions 33 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) Life assurance up to annual earnings Supportive and people-first culture, underpinned by values of integrity, positivity, and continuous improvement If you're commercially curious, a natural problem-solver, and ready for your next challenge - we'd love to hear from you.#J-18808-Ljbffr
