As they continue to evolve, were looking for a Head of Operations to join their senior team and lead service delivery, drive operational performance, and support business transformation. We are looking for someone with a strong regional presence and growth ambitions. The role: Were looking for a commercially astute and people-focused Head of Operations to oversee the day-to-day running of a multi-site business. This is a pivotal role that touches every part of the organisation ensuring high service standards, operational excellence, and a culture of continuous improvement. As a member of the Senior Management Team, you will play a key role in driving the business forward. Youll be responsible for delivering a seamless client experience, optimising internal systems and processes, and empowering your team to perform at their best. Its a brilliant opportunity for someone with a background in B2C or B2B professional services and a proven ability to lead change. Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations across multiple departments and sites to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery Lead on operational policy, Health & Safety, and internal compliance procedures Champion a customer-first approach, resolving complaints efficiently and using feedback to drive improvements Identify and implement process and technology improvements that improve productivity and scalability Define and track KPIs, using insights to drive operational and financial performance Lead change management activity, ensuring successful adoption across teams Build and nurture a high-performing team, promoting collaboration and accountability Contribute to business planning and strategic growth alongside the senior leadership team Manage operational risk and ensure regulatory and environmental compliance About you: Proven experience in a senior operations leadership role, ideally in a professional services setting: Strong background in customer experience, service optimisation, and team leadership Demonstrated success in leading change initiatives and managing transformation Commercially aware, data-driven, and experienced in managing performance via KPIs Excellent communicator, able to influence and engage at all levels Understanding of the property, land management, or real estate sectors is desirable but not essential Why apply? 40,000 salary Up to 3000 car allowance Autonomy to shape operations and build something great A values-driven organisation with a people-first culture Supportive leadership team and opportunities to grow Don''t meet every single requirement?
