Senior Conveyancing Paralegal

Job Title: Senior Conveyancing Paralegal Location: Cardifff Salary: Competitive, DOE Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Overview: We are currently working in partnership with a highly regarded, long-established law firm with a strong reputation for client care and professional excellence. Due to continued growth in their property department, they are looking to appoint a Senior Conveyancing Paralegal to join their busy and friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced residential conveyancer to take the next step in their career within a supportive and reputable legal practice. The Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction through to post-completion, with minimal supervision. You will be expected to provide an efficient, high-quality service to clients and third parties, while also supporting junior colleagues where required. Key Responsibilities: Handling a full range of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold matters Preparing and reviewing legal documentation including contracts and reports on title Conducting title checks and dealing with searches, enquiries, and Land Registry matters Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders Maintaining accurate case records using a case management system Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including CQS and AML procedures Assisting with the mentoring and supervision of junior team members, if required Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will have: A minimum of 4 years experience in residential conveyancing in a fee-earning capacity The ability to manage their own caseload independently and efficiently Strong knowledge of freehold, leasehold, and new build transactions Excellent client care and communication skills A keen eye for detail and a proactive, solution-focused mindset Previous experience with case management systems and good general IT skills Benefits: Competitive salary package based on experience Career progression opportunities within a growing team Supportive and professional working environment Continued training and development support How to Apply: If you are an experienced conveyancing paralegal looking for your next challenge, please apply with your up-to-date CV, For a confidential discussion about the role, contact Hannah Williams at TSR Legal, on 02920 388100.
