This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Private Client Solicitor to join a forward-thinking and supportive firm offering a blend of high-net-worth and general client work, excellent development potential, and a strong reputation in their communities. The Role You will manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including: Drafting wills and advising on inheritance tax planning Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney Estate administration and probate applications Trust creation and management Advising on Court of Protection matters The successful candidate will work autonomously but with the support of a collaborative and highly experienced team, with the opportunity to split time between offices or enjoy flexible/hybrid working. What Were Looking For Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) 2+ years PQE preferred Proven experience in a broad range of private client work STEP membership or working toward it (desirable) High standard of client care, discretion, and attention to detail Comfortable managing your own caseload with minimal supervision Why Join?
