Job DescriptionAppliance Repair Service Technician (Home Appliances, Robot Vacuums, UV Printers & Electronics)Job Description We are seeking an experienced and skilled Appliance Repair Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a range of small home appliances and electronic products, including robot vacuum cleaners (e.g., Roborock, Dreame, Ecovacs), UV printers (Eufy), and other electronic devices.Responsibilities: Inspect and diagnose issues in various appliances, including robot vacuum cleaners, UV printers, and other consumer electronics Repair or replace defective components such as motors, sensors, circuit boards, batteries, and displays Perform disassembly and reassembly for in-depth repairs and maintenance Update software/firmware and perform device calibrations where necessary Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electronic and mechanical issues Provide clear and accurate repair cost estimates to customers Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure high service standardsRequirements and Skills: Proven work experience as a repair technician in home appliances, electronics, or a related field Specialized experience in robotic vacuum cleaners and/or UV printers is highly desirable Solid understanding of diagnostic and testing equipment Ability to read and interpret repair manuals, circuit diagrams, and schematics Knowledge of firmware updates, app-based troubleshooting, and calibration tools Excellent problem-solving skills with great attention to detail Capable of lifting and moving equipment as needed Good communication skills and a professional attitude High school diploma or equivalent preferredIf you have a passion for repairing and troubleshooting electronic devices and home appliances, wed love to hear from you!
