Reference: CAR-CAT-SB-01-07-2025 Job title: Second Chef - School Location: Cardiff Contract type: Permanent Salary: 26,002 Pro rata (0.87 FTE) The Role: To plan, prepare and cook menu items as directed by the Head Chef Manager To assist in the development and planning of menus, including future food trends, and to be passionate about developing new styles of service and concepts in the location. To assist with stock taking when required. To carry out the smooth and efficient running of service time. To carry out preparation and cooking of desserts. To prepare breakfast, lunch, deli and packed meal offerings as required.
