SERVICE MANAGER (DYN- IDSVA) Based : Cardiff main office, other travel is expected. Salary: 25,881.71 - 26,682.24 - 27,507.47 pro rata Hours: 21.75 flexible hours per week on a permanent basis to 31 March 2026, may be extended pending further funding. We are looking for a passionate, forward-thinking self-starter who will drive innovation, delivery and improvement whilst developing effective ongoing practice. The opportunity You will lead a high-quality, trauma-informed front-line service for male victims and survivors, ensuring those at highest risk receive a premium, holistic response. As Service Lead, youll manage a small team of caseworkers, deliver an effective helpline for male victims, and coordinate and deliver training to professionals to raise awareness and strengthen effective multi-agency responses. Job outline: Provide holistic support to male victims of domestic and/or sexual violence. Manage day-to-day operations and line-manage a small team of caseworkers. Deliver an effective helpline for male victims, ensuring accessible and responsive support. Coordinate and deliver training sessions to professionals, increasing awareness and improving responses to male victims. Drive innovation, delivery, and continuous improvement in service design and practice. Initiate, develop, and monitor multi-agency links, protocols, and procedures to keep safety central to all services for male victims of domestic violence. Champion and contribute leadership to the local domestic violence strategy. Youll bring: Proven service delivery experience in a safeguarding or related setting. Experience coordinating IDVA roles and staff case management. Understanding of the criminal justice system and partnership working. Strong knowledge of domestic and sexual violence dynamics and risk. Confidence working in multi-agency operational partnerships. Excellent communication and presentation skills to support training delivery.
