Rheolwr Prosiect Caerdydd neu Landudno (gweithio hybrid) Amdanom Ni Mae Gofal Cymdeithasol Cymrun darparu arweinyddiaeth ac arbenigedd ym maes gofal cymdeithasol ar blynyddoedd cynnar yng Nghymru. Ar yr un pryd, byddwch yn datblygu perthnasoedd cynhyrchiol yn weithredol rhanddeiliaid allweddol ar draws y dirwedd gofal cymdeithasol, gan hyrwyddo ein gwaith digidol a data a chryfhau cydweithio. O fewn y rhwydweithiau hyn, byddwch yn defnyddio mewnwelediadau data i lywio penderfyniadau a chyflawni atebion sy'n ymateb i anghenion esblygol y sector. To do this, we lead on developing and regulating the social care workforce, service improvement, data and research to improve care. We are now looking for a Project Manager to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension. This role is offered with flexible working options, and we will consider candidates as part of a job share. We will also consider secondments. Applying your project management expertise, you will define, plan and deliver projects that shape innovative tools and resources to advance our digital and data ambitions, ensuring work is delivered on schedule, within budget and to an exceptional standard. At the same time, you will actively develop productive relationships with key stakeholders across the social care landscape, promoting our digital and data work and strengthening collaboration. Within these networks, youll use data insights to inform decisions and deliver solutions that respond to the evolving needs of the sector. About You To be considered as a Project Manager, you will need: - Experience of working in a project delivery role - An understanding of relevant Data Protection regulations and data security management - An understanding of the Welsh policy context and how social care is organised, funded and delivered in Wales - Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills - A relevant degree or a good level of education supported by substantial experience The closing date for applications is Friday 7th November 2025 and interviews are likely to take place on Thursday 20th November 2025.
