The services on offer include, brow and lashtreatments, manicures, pedicures, lash extensions, spray tanningand full hair salon and barberingservices.Manage the studio teamto provide an excellent service to customers within the BeautyStudio environment.Team management includingperformance, rotas and training for the team (approximately 15stylists/barbers/beauty therapists).Ensuringthat customers are welcomed and leave with That Superdrug Feelingand deal professionally with all customer queries andcomplaints.Encouraging the team to upsell tocustomers in the Superdrug store and create interest in the rest ofthe Beauty Studio zone.Take ownership for theordering and management of salon stock.Leadingby example to ensure the best consultation and advice takes placewith customers, especially when providing a colourservice.AboutYouNVQlevel 3 minimum and ideally up to NVQ level 4 in hairdressingHave Outstanding communication skills andprevious managementexperienceEstablished background in hairdressing, barbering or beauty therapy.
