Job DescriptionCardiff Met Students' Union supports societies and sports clubs and gives students a voice to promote their events and achievements. The goal is to ensure all students get the most out of their university experience in Cardiff Met by creating high quality activities for everyone.We are hiring for a brand new, exciting role of Director of Membership Services. The person appointed will be responsible for providing strategic leadership for the SU's membership services including representation, advice, sport and societies. They will also develop and oversee long-term plans to improve participation in democracy, extracurricular activity and student-led support, as well as line manage the Heads of Student Activities and Student Voice & Advocacy. The suitable candidate must provide support to the Chief Executive in governance and strategic projects to contribute to the Union's overall direction.
