Job DescriptionPartner - FamilyTSR Legal is pleased to be supporting a reputable Top 50 firm, recognised for its high-quality work across all practice areas. The firm is looking to establish a new family law team in Wales and has entrusted TSR Legal with the task of finding a Head of Family / Partner / Legal Director to lead and grow their Family Department in Wales. The firm has multiple offices across the UK.In this role, you will be responsible for developing the family law team, delivering services to privately funded clients across all areas of family law. Working closely with national partners, you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with both new and existing clients, with many referrals coming from the firms successful commercial and personal law teams. This is an exciting opportunity to develop a department from the ground up, focusing on leading and growing a team of lawyers.The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years PQE and significant experience in privately funded family law. You should possess excellent organisational skills and, above all, a strong commitment to providing exceptional client care.
