Finance Business Partner | Cardiff/hybrid | 60,000-65,000 12m ftc The Finance Business Partner will provide timely and insightful management information to senior stakeholders across the business. Providing in depth financial analysis and turning numbers into insight to enable the business to act upon data and drive performance to meet strategic goals. Responsibilities: Partner with stakeholder across the business building strong relationships to ensure financial alignment with strategic objectives. Support delivery of financial plans through timely and accurate analysis, reporting and highlighting trends, and analysing causes of unexpected variances. Support decision making by partnering with stakeholders to appraise performance and support the development of business cases for new products, initiatives, and cost-saving measures. Provide financial analysis and insights to facilitate informed decision-making, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and financial targets. Take ownership of forecasting processes including P&L and Balance Sheet forecasts. Focus on driving continuous improvement and delivering results. Skills/experience: Qualified accountant ACA, ACCA or CIMA Experience of business partnering and financial analysis ideally in a financial services environment. Advanced Excel skills Strong financial analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights to drive decision-making. Advanced proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques. Experience of using analysis and insight to inform and drive business decisions.
