We are looking for a Client Account Manager (CAM) to be responsible for developing, maintaining and expanding relationships with our clients. The Client Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing social media and digital marketing campaigns, and ensuring the successful execution of strategies that drive engagement, conversions, and ROI. As the key liaison between clients and internal teams, the role requires a blend of strategic thinking, project management, and digital marketing expertise. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long- term relationships with key clients and serve as a main point of contact for assigned clients. Sales & Revenue Growth: Identify new business opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services. Strategic Planning: Develop account proposals to meet client needs and business goals. Client Service Level: Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Understand client goals, brand positioning, and target audiences to craft tailored digital strategies. Provide regular updates, reports, and strategic recommendations. Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and manage social media marketing campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Oversee paid media strategies, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and influencer collaborations. Customer Support & Problem-Solving: Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Campaign project Management ensuring the smooth delivery of digital marketing and social campaigns Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client challenges. Collaboration: Work closely with the team to develop client- focused solutions. Industry & Trend Monitoring - Stay updated on digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, and competitive landscape. Educate clients on new opportunities in digital marketing. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in digital marketing, account management or business development in the media or agency sector. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyse data and develop strategic account plans. Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities. Experience with CRM software and sales tools. Strong presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and campaigns simultaneously. Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus KPIs & Success Metrics: Client retention and satisfaction rates. Revenue growth from key accounts. Achievement of sales and business targets. Effectiveness in resolving client issues. Campaign performance and ROI. Revenue growth and upselling opportunities On-time project delivery and budget adherence.
