Comfortable working in a remote setting.About the RoleWe are hiring a motivated Sales & Outreach Support Assistant to partner directly with our CEO on building and scaling a high-ticket sales operation.The role starts with hands-on outreach, lead generation, and client engagement and is designed to develop into a leadership position where you will manage and grow a global SDR (Sales Development Representative) team.You’ll receive direct mentorship from the CEO, gain international exposure, and participate in our growth journey as we scale through  AI certification & marketplace.ResponsibilitiesSupport CEO with outreach to high-ticket prospects (LinkedIn, email, CRM follow-ups)Research and qualify new leads in target marketsDraft and send professional outreach messages and proposalsMaintain CRM accuracy and pipeline reportingProvide daily/weekly updates to the CEOAssist with sales operations and client onboarding tasksRequirements✅ Strong English communication skills (written 'spoken)✅ Available part-time or full-time, with minimum 4 hours overlap with BST/GMT✅ Highly organised, reliable, and detail-oriented✅ Comfortable using LinkedIn, CRM tools, and digital outreach platforms✅ Ambitious, target-driven, and eager to grow into a sales leadership roleCompensation & Growth
