Global Media Contributor Manager – Remote – 12 Month Salaried ContractOur client, based in North America but with offices across Europe also have partnered with IT Search to engage a Community Manager for a twelve month Fixed Term Contract (fully remote) to manage a significant number of image producers and artists.The company themselves are a global leader in provision of media to various sources utilising a best in class SaaS system.The team is a globally distributed development team, headquartered in North America but happy to work across time zones. This position has been created due to a planned leave of absence so it’s a warm position with existing processes set up and all relevant training will be provided. The RoleWork closely with the Head of Community (in North America) to manage ongoing communication and support, advice, training, scheduling etc for a community of photographers, mostly based in Western EuropeManage existing communication channels and groups, administer same and escalate issuesSome content creation required around mass communicationOnboarding new content creators (photography and artwork)Liaising with internal contacts regarding contracts/payment terms etc.Giving Workshops (content provided) for contributorsMonitor and report internally on growth trends and expectationsOver time, utilise existing experience to bring new avenues to improve processesExperience Required:Exceptional English communication skills, written and spokenCreating and expanding online communities within the artistic communityAny and all exposure to photography, be it hands on or related to previous workAmazing people skills, ability to multi task, writing copy when neededPassion for helping people achieve their artistic and commercial goalsTo learn more about the role and my client, please forward your CV (or portfolio) stating required salary, availability and we can arrange a conversation to proceed.
