Programme Manager – Contract Lifecycle Management (Sirion)Contract: 3–6 months | Start: January 2026Location: London / RemoteOverviewAn experienced Program Manager is required to lead a large-scale contract lifecycle management (CLM) program. This role will oversee multiple work streams and manage project managers delivering against a complex, enterprise-wide transformation involving an AI-native CLM platform.The successful candidate will combine strong program leadership skills with hands-on technical understanding of CLM implementations, ideally with prior exposure to Sirion.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and govern a multi-stream programme, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines, scope, and outcomesOversee and coordinate the work of project managers across parallel workstreamsAct as the central point of accountability for program planning, execution, and reportingProvide strategic direction and day-to-day leadership across technical and functional teamsWork closely with solution architects, designers, and technical teams to support CLM implementationManage senior stakeholders, escalating risks and issues where appropriateEnsure alignment between business requirements, technical design, and delivery milestonesKey Requirements (Must Have)Proven experience as a Program Manager on large-scale, complex programsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple project managers and interdependent workstreamsStrong program and project management fundamentals (planning, governance, risk, and delivery)Technical background with experience working closely with solution architects and technical teamsHands-on experience or strong understanding of Sirion CLM implementations (highly desirable)Desirable ExperienceExperience delivering contract lifecycle management or legal technology platformsExposure to AI-enabled enterprise platforms or large-scale digital transformation programsAbout ElevateElevate provides consulting, technology and services to law departments and law firms across the globe.
