Join a prestigious global professional services firm in the heart of the City of London as an Internal Communications Executive. You'll work closely with senior leadership across international offices, key stakeholders, and global committee’s, gaining exposure to strategic decision-making and high-impact initiatives. This multifaceted role offers a rare chance to contribute to a wide range of engaging projects that will challenge and inspire you.The main focus of the role will include:Writing effective copy for a range of channels, adapting the style to fit the channel and audience while aligning with the corporate narrative. Assisting with the creation and sourcing of articles from service lines, sectors, and regions to be included on the intranet, such as interviews, blogs, and reports. Building relationships with key content contributors across the business to develop a pipeline of content and provide advice to colleagues regarding good practice as well as feedback on written copy and writing styles. Assisting the team as appropriate with communication materials for internal communication projects and annual events. This includes drafting and distribution of communications, production of event literature, social media resources, corporate gifts etc. Assisting on the execution of any agreed internal engagement projectsTo succeed in this role, the individual will need:A minimum of one year’s experience in a communications role. Ideally the candidate will have experience of writing for business, campaign execution, digital tools, and stakeholder management.Excellent written English and oral communication skills for drafting and proof-reading materials.Experience with email communication tools and intranet systems. Experience with SharePoint or Marketo is a bonus.Excellent prioritisation and time management skills, including the ability to work under pressure to deadlines and to effectively prioritise multiple work streams.The confidence and professionalism to liaise with senior partners from around the world, other professional bodies and learned societies, the media, and a diverse range of external contacts.This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to work at a global level and operate broadly across a multitude of projects.
