Maxwell Marshall is a search and recruitment firm that helps investors, startups and high growth companies operating in emerging markets to secure mid and senior level talent.Following an exceptional half 1 performance, we are looking to grow the team, and are therefore looking to speak with successful recruitment consultants who possess 18+ months experience in a recruitment or search firm.You stand to inherit a bustling desk that's generated around £400k in the last 12 months, placing mid to senior level professionals into emerging market investors (private equity / venture capital / development finance / infrastructure / credit / impact).What's on offer?We operate a remote 1st model however we also get together on a regular basis to ensure cohesion and face time.We believe every person should be given the space and independence to run their own market without overcrowding it.We are the opposite of a KPI centric, micro-management culture.
