With over 30 years of industry presence, they are now seeking t a Senior level Civil Engineer to join their growing team due to continued project success and a strong project pipeline.Civil Engineer Job OverviewTake a lead role in the design and delivery of civil engineering schemes across multiple sectorsFocus on drainage and infrastructure design for planning and technical design stagesDeliver projects typically ranging from 4M-15M in valueWork across residential developments, education facilities, commercial refurbishments, and heritage conversionsCoordinate designs with internal structural teams and external consultantsEnsure compliance with adoptable standards, including SuDS, Section 104, 106, and 278Lead client and design team meetings throughout project lifecyclesOversee and manage the technical output of junior team membersProvide mentorship and support to assistant engineers within the civil teamContribute to continuous improvement and collaborative team cultureCivil Engineer Job RequirementsDegree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)5+ years' UK-based consultancy experience Proficient in drainage and infrastructure design (foul & surface water)Experience with Section 104, 106, and 278 agreementsFamiliar with design software such as MicroDrainage, Civil 3D, or PDSConfident communicator and collaborative team playerBased within a commutable distance to Cardiff, or willing to relocateCivil Engineer Salary & BenefitsSalary: 50,000 - 60,000Profit-sharing annual bonus20-25 days' holiday (increasing with length of service)Standard company pensionHybrid working (typically up to 2-3 days from home)Ongoing CPD and internal training sessionsFriendly, inclusive office culture with regular social eventsPotential for additional future benefits as the business growsOur client pride themselves on technical excellence, employee development, and a collaborative working culture.
