This critical role will focus on streamlining Point of Sale (POS) system upgrades and optimizing the Procure-to-Pay cycle to enhance operational efficiency across our restaurant operations.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Documentation & AnalysisDocument detailed process flows using industry-standard methodologies (BPMN, swimlane diagrams, flowcharts)Map end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes from vendor onboarding through payment reconciliationPOS System TransformationAnalyze current POS system capabilities and limitations across all restaurant locationsDocument order management workflows from customer interaction through kitchen operationsMap payment processing, inventory integration, and reporting workflowsDocument staff training requirements and change management proceduresProcure-to-Pay OptimizationMap current procurement processes including vendor management, purchase requisitions, Invoicing, Invoice matching, approvals, and paymentsDocument invoice processing and payment authorization proceduresDesign streamlined P2P processes aligned with industry best practicesStakeholder ManagementConduct interviews and process observation sessions across multiple stakeholder in Operations, Finance, Supplychain and other teamsCollaborate with IT teams to ensure technical feasibility of proposed solutionsEssential ExperienceMinimum 5 years of business analysis experience, preferably in retail/hospitality/ F&B sectorProven track record in process documentation and business process improvementKnowledge of Procure-to-Pay processes and best practicesTechnical SkillsProficiency in process modelling tools (Visio, Lucidchart, or similar)Experience with requirements gathering and documentation methodologiesUnderstanding of ERP systems and procurement modulesWHAT’S ON OFFERGood contract rates on offer.
