This role offers a blend of advisory and compliance work, with a strong emphasis on delivering commercially focused tax solutions to clients ranging from owner-managed businesses to high-net-worth individuals.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of clients, providing both corporate and/or personal tax advisory servicesDeliver high-quality tax planning and structuring adviceReview complex tax computations and returnsProvide guidance on areas including:Corporate restructuringShareholder planningCapital gains taxInheritance tax planningBusiness successionSupport Partners on advisory projects and transactionsBuild and maintain strong, long-term client relationshipsMentor and support junior members of the tax teamRequirementsProfessionally qualified CTA (CIOT) preferredICAEW / ACA qualified candidates also considered, particularly with strong tax exposureProven experience within a practice environmentStrong technical knowledge across corporate and/or personal taxDemonstrable experience in advisory-led work (not purely compliance)Confident communicator with strong client-facing capabilityCommercial xjdpvnf mindset with the ability to identify opportunitiesWhy JoinJoin a well-established, partner-led firm with an excellent reputation in the South EastExposure to a broad and high-quality client portfolioGenuine opportunity to shape and influence client outcomesClear progression pathway within a growing tax functionSupportive and collaborative culture with direct Partner accessAdditional Information - Ideal for someone looking to step into a senior advisory-focused role with long-term progression
