We're recruiting an Executive Chef Manager for a prestigious independent boarding school in the South-East of England. The school has a strong infrastructure and caters for a high number of boarders aged up to 18 , serving three fresh, high-quality meals each day . This role suits a hands-on leader with excellent people skills, who genuinely enjoys mentoring and developing a kitchen team of around 12 chefs . We're looking for an experienced Executive Chef Manager (or someone from a similar background) who understands the balance of quality, consistency, and cost control that comes with running an independent school kitchen. Weekend work is required as part of the rota. There is relocation support for the right candidate!
