Job Description Groundwork Foreman Groundwork Foreman Residential Development Location: Canterbury Project: Groundworks Package New Build Residential DevelopmentWe currently have a vacancy for an experienced Groundwork Foreman to oversee the groundworks package for a new-build residential development in Canterbury, starting in August 2025. This is a great opportunity to lead a skilled team on a high-quality housing project. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate groundwork teams on site Ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to specification Manage daily site activities including excavation, drainage, foundations, and external works Liaise with site management, subcontractors, and suppliers Maintain high standards of health 'safety and quality control Ideal Candidate: Proven experience as a Groundwork Foreman on residential projects Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of groundworks processes including drainage, foundations, and site preparation SSSTS or SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications preferred Whats on Offer: Competitive rate and long-term opportunity Supportive site team and professional working environment Chance to work on a well-structured residential development Interested in leading a skilled team on a quality build?
