MPACT Co-ordinator Location: East Kent Salary: 27,992 per annum Vacancy Type: Permanent, Full Time Closing Date: 18 Nov 2025 About The Role Join The Forward Trust and help change lives. Were looking for a compassionate and organised M-PACT Co-ordinator / Family Worker to lead the delivery of our M-PACT (Moving Parents and Children Together) programme. Youll ensure the safety, confidentiality, and care of vulnerable adults and children on the programme, working closely with partner agencies to meet targets and measure meaningful outcomes. Collaboration and communication are at the heart of this role. What were looking for: Experience of group facilitation within a drug and alcohol treatment setting Strong organisational and partnership-working skills Commitment to safeguarding and confidentiality Flexibility to work some evenings/weekends and travel across East Kent when needed If youre passionate about helping families thrive and want to make a real difference, wed love to hear from you.
