The Role This is not an administrative position - it is a highly professional opportunity suited to an individual with solid experience in corporate law, governance, or compliance who is ready to take the next step in their career. Key Responsibilities: Arrange formation of companies and LLPs Assist with company reorganisations and structural changes Maintain accurate statutory records Prepare and submit Confirmation Statements and filings to Companies House Draft minutes, resolutions, and correspondence Conduct Companies House searches Manage day-to-day company secretarial services, including officer changes, registered address updates and accounting reference date amendments Support and mentor junior team members, ensuring high standards and regulatory compliance Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience Ongoing training and professional development Supportive and collaborative team culture Opportunities to take on leadership and mentoring responsibilities The Ideal Candidate You'll be a motivated and detail-driven professional, eager to take on responsibility and contribute to the success of a thriving governance department.
