We're a hardworking team, friendly and supportive, and we’re now looking for someone experienced to join our factory team.*ABOUT THE ROLE:*We’re on the hunt for a skilled *Blind Maker* who knows their way around the tools and machinery. You’ll be hands-on in our busy production space, creating and assembling a range of blinds to a high standard.You’ll need to have *previous experience* making blinds – this isn’t a trainee role, so we’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running.*What you’ll be doing:** Assembling and packing various blind types* Making *roller, vertical and perfect fit blinds** Operating the vertical louvre machine* Checking in and organizing stock* Keeping things tidy, organised and efficient in the factory*What we’re looking for:* *Previous experience in blind manufacturing is preferred* Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic Someone who takes pride in their work and can work independently or as part of a team Reliable, organised and happy to muck in wherever needed*Why work with us?** A solid, full-time role with a growing local company* A tight-knit, friendly team (no egos, just hard grafters)* Real opportunities to progress and learn more* No weekend working – your evenings and weekends are your own*Sound like your sort of job?*We’d love to hear from you.
