Account Manager Location: Cannock Working Hours: 7:30am 4:30pm Monday Friday Benefits: Competitive Salary, Bonus Scheme, Car Allowance, Pension Scheme, Free Lunches and additional holiday. The Role The mission of this position is simple and impactful: drive revenue growth across your territory by minimising attrition and increasing customer spend . Youll do this by building trusted relationships, conducting regular account reviews, and ensuring clients are purchasing across the full product range. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a sales plan for your territory in collaboration with colleagues Represent the business professionally during face-to-face client meetings Build strong rapport and trust with key decision-makers Conduct structured account reviews in line with targets Identify new opportunities within existing accounts through reviews and visits Proactively contact customers via outbound calls Plan and manage your diary, customer appointments and visit preparation (including samples, presentations and reports) Produce regular sales reports for internal stakeholders Attend joint visits with the Packaging Consultant where required Complete tenders and pricing reviews for existing clients Apply price increases while managing gross profit Resolve customer issues proactively (slow-moving stock, lost business, queries, etc.) Achieve daily activity targets and performance measures What Were Looking For Proven experience in account management, territory sales, or B2B field sales Strong relationship-building skills with a consultative approach Comfortable working autonomously in a field-based role Highly organised with excellent time management Commercial mindset with experience managing pricing and margins Proactive, resilient, and solutions-focused Confident communicator who represents a brand professionally Please apply now for this Account Manager Role!
