Service Coordinator

The Opportunity: Service & Rental Coordinator Contract: Permanent Location: Cannock United Plant Services is an engineering and asset management business, renowned for providing market leading engineering support and fleet management for Heavy Mobile Equipment (HME) within the quarry and waste industry. We are part of The Briggs Equipment Group who are a leading provider of asset management and maintenance solutions across the UK and Ireland. The Impact you will have: Company Health and Safety guidelines to be followed at all times, both internally and externally, ensuring our colleagues and customers are safe. Support the controller to deliver industry leading business performance to exceed customer expectations. Ensure all invoices are processed in a timely manner. Maintain effective communication keeping all relevant parties informed, always managing expectations. Coordinate work in progress by ensuring PM and repair jobs are completed in the field in a timely manner. Actively promote team working ethic and provide support to cover colleagues as and when necessary. Effectively problem solve and take ownership of issues to resolution. Support with the training of new team members Optimise business opportunities to generate additional revenue.
