This is a critical hire and a major opportunity to shape the future of the installation team and drive the expansion of an innovative geotechnical consultancy across the UK.What Youll Do:Oversee the national delivery of all vegetated retaining wall systems system installationsLead a team of supervisors, manage multiple concurrent sitesValidate feasibility of designs, attend site visits, oversee installation, and ensure smooth project close-outLiaise with design, commercial, hydroseeding, and logistics teamsSupport hiring and training as the team scalesYoull Need:Experience managing JCT/NEC contractsStrong background in groundworks/earthworksSolid understanding of CDM regulationsA qualification in Construction Management (HND/HNC minimum)Ability to travel nationwide and stay away when neededIdeal Background:Youve previously worked with a contractor, led site-based teams, and arent afraid to get stuck in. You know what can and cant be done on-site, think ahead, and manage competing demands calmly and confidently.
