Join Applewood Construction as Site Manager and take charge of exciting developments across the UK. What You'll DoLead site operations on commercial construction projects from start to finish. Oversee groundworks, drainage, steel frame installations, demolition, and fit-outs.Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, CDM and project specs. Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to deliver on time and within budget. Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure smooth project delivery.Maintain accurate site records and and daily progress reports. What You'll NeedProven experience managing the full construction cycle in commercial construction sites.Strong knowledge of groundworks, steel structures, refurbishments, and fit-outs.
