Growth & Outreach Star London Star London has spent the last few years quietly transforming itself. A full modernisation inside one of the most connected buildings in the UK. We're an independent, engineering-led data-centre connectivity hub with real history and real character. The kind of place where you hear stories from the dial-up era, dotcom days and all the way through to today's AI frenzy. The foundation is solid. The platform is ready. The capability is here. Now we want everyone to hear about it clearly, confidently, and in the right rooms. And that's where you come in. The Role: Your job is to bring Star London to the radar of companies that would genuinely value what we offer but haven't yet discovered us. You'll do that by: Bringing fresh outreach ideas that actually get attention Starting conversations with the right people, in the right way Turning curiosity into meetings and opportunities Proudly walking prospects around our facility and showing them what we've built Helping shape how we present ourselves publicly Attending industry events, conferences, meetups and launches across London's tech and telecoms scene Building and owning your pipeline with full support from leadership This is a role for someone who loves being out there, connecting dots, opening doors and creating momentum. You must be genuinely into tech. Not pretending. Not "I like gadgets." You must genuinely enjoy tech, infrastructure, startups, telecoms, AI, networks and keep up with the latest developments and news in the space. This is the stuff our customers live and breathe. If you're just winging it, they will see straight through it. On top of that, you are: Confident speaking with anyone in person, online or on calls Energetic, curious and proactive Able to explain things simply and clearly Comfortable being the "face" of something growing Organised, reliable and good at follow-through Someone who enjoys building from the ground up Prior data-centre experience is preferred but not strictly necessary. You must have the mindset: curious, technical, hungry to understand how things work. Perfect for a graduate or early-career candidate looking to break into London's tech and connectivity scene. What you get 28,00032,000 base salary (depending on experience) Commission structure designed for early-career success (OTE 8k12k in year one) Freedom to work from home or our Canary Wharf offices Access to events, conferences, meetups and industry gatherings Direct access to leadership A blank canvas to build your own outreach engine Freedom to try things, iterate quickly and move with momentum A genuinely interesting ecosystem full of engineers, carriers, founders and AI teams The opportunity to put an independent London facility back on the map Timing We're hiring now for an immediate start before the end of 2025. We'll teach you the building, the customers and the market, ensuring you hit the ground running in the new year. How to apply Send a short intro (keep it real, not corporate) Tell us: Something you've helped grow (could be a project, a society, a community, anything) How you'd start building awareness for Star London What excites you about this kind of role And if you want, what part of tech you're genuinely into A quick note on using AI in your application If you use AI while applying, that's absolutely fine. Just treat it as a refinement tool, not a substitute for who you are. Use AI to polish your wording, not invent your experience. We want to hear your voice, your thinking, your track record, with whatever level of AI assistance helps you express it clearly. We're really looking forward to meeting you. TPBN1_UKTJ
