Junior NPD Executive

Junior NPD Executive Salary: 26,000 - 30,000 Location: Cambridgeshire Were working with a fast-growing ingredients supplier who are seeking a Jnr New Product Development Executive to support their Product Development team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for innovation, eager to learn & ready to play a key role in bringing exciting new products to market. Key Responsibilities: Support the end-to-end NPD process, from brief/concept through to commercial launch Formulate customer briefs & in-house concepts, ensuring compliance & quality standards Create & arrange samples for customer projects, managing timelines effectively Build strong relationships with flavour houses & suppliers to expand flavour libraries & track trends Collaborate with marketing & compliance teams on product specs, ingredient launches & market insights Present formulations & samples to customers About You: Previous NPD experience in food/beverage desirable Understanding of flavour development, formulation & nutrition Excellent organisational, communication & problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail with a passion for product innovation Benefits: Hybrid working Pension scheme Personal development investment Social events / On-site gym If of interest & feel you have the relevant experience apply today!55b20050-bc17-4e5d-bfce-3c406318dffc
