You will be responsible for shaping how we are seen by our target audiences while ensuring consistency, clarity, and impact across all touchpoints. This role blends strategic brand building with editorial leadership, driving awareness, engagement, and demand through storytelling, thought leadership and cross-channel content. Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Management · Own and evolve our brand narrative, positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity in alignment with company goals. · Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external channels (digital, events, sales materials, etc.). · Partner with stakeholders to bring the brand to life across campaigns, content, and experiences. · Develop and lead a full-funnel content strategy across formats and channels (social, blog, video, email, webinars, whitepapers, case studies, etc.). · Oversee editorial calendar, governance, and quality standards. · Work closely with the marketing team, SME’s and Sales to align content with business objectives and buyer journeys. · Manage and mentor content contributors. Thought Leadership & Executive Visibility · Develop content for leadership to drive authority and influence in the market. · Build a strategy around PR, media placement, and partnerships to amplify brand voice. · Collaborate with the wider marketing teams to ensure brand and content support customer acquisition and retention goals. · Leverage analytics to optimise content performance and inform future investments. Skills & Experience · 7+ years in content marketing, brand, or editorial roles, ideally within B2B, SaaS, or technology sectors. · Proven ability to build and scale a brand and content function for efficient and effective execution in a high-growth environment. · Deep understanding of storytelling, messaging frameworks, and content operations. · Strong creative judgment and editorial standards. · Experience with SEO, social, web content management systems (CMS), and analytics platforms. · Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
