The sites will be located in Bedford, Huntingdon and Bury St Edmunds. Summary: TheTechnical Coordinatorsupports the Technical Manager in overseeing all technical aspects of residential development projects from start to finish. Key responsibilities include managing design consultants, coordinating utilities and warranties, discharging planning and regulatory conditions, and supporting site and sales teams. The role requires experience with architectural drawings, housing developments, and a sound understanding of building regulations.
