The role involves working on a variety of projects, ranging from public sector work to health, education, retail, social housing, and more. These projects will include installation, repairs, and breakdowns across commercial, domestic, and industrial settings.Your role will focus on ensuring that projects run efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. You will collaborate with colleagues, clients, and subcontractors to deliver excellent results on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:Undertake all aspects of electrical work in line with NVQ Level 3 qualificationsSupervise site personnel, including trainees and apprenticesStay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry developmentsBuild and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and clientsDeliver high-quality work that adheres to health and safety standardsIdentify improvements and contribute to the overall success of projectsEnsure that all work complies with contract specifications and client requirementsParticipate in effective communication with all stakeholders, including reporting any concerns that could impact project timelines or qualityCarry out tasks in an environmentally conscious and sustainable mannerWorking Hours:Monday to Thursday: 07:45 to 16:30Friday: 07:45 to 15:30Flexibility to travel and work away as requiredPersonal Competencies:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to adapt and remain resilient in a fast-paced environmentExcellent time management and organizational skillsCommercial awareness and understanding of the construction processAbility to foster innovation and encourage team developmentPositive attitude and team-oriented mindsetIf youre ready to take the next step in your career with a company that offers recognition, growth, and a positive work environment, apply today!How to Apply:Please submit your CV and a cover letter highlighting your relevant experience and qualifications.
