Plumber Role Cambridge (HMO Site, 4-Month Contract) ARC are recruiting for an experienced Plumber to work on a 4-month contract with a well-established M&E contractor in Cambridge. This role will be based on a large HMO site, offering consistent work for the duration of the project. Plumber Requirements NVQ in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent) Valid CSCS / JIB Card Previous experience working on HMO or residential projects Ability to carry out both installation and maintenance works Own tools and full PPE Plumber Job Duties Installation of plumbing systems within HMO properties Working to current building regulations and health & safety standards Liaising with site management and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery Providing a high standard of workmanship across all tasks Plumber Details 25.25 per hour (CIS) Weekly pay Ongoing support from ARC Consistent work for the duration of the contract For more information regarding this Plumber opportunity please call Laura Curtis on 07375416916 or email TPBN1_UKTJ
