This isnt just admin its about being a vital link between the sales team and the client. What makes this role special?You'll be the person who keeps everything moving behind the scenes the calm, capable presence who makes the sales team look seamless and the client experience feel effortless.From preparing sharp-looking sales materials and launching properties to market, to keeping clients informed and confident throughout the process, youll be right at the heart of the action. No two days are quite the same one moment youll be coordinating viewings, the next, fine-tuning a listing or sorting out the finer details that make everything tick.Youll be the go-to person for early-stage client care the one who ensures everything starts on the right foot. Youll work closely with valuers and negotiators, pulling everything together to make sure nothing is missed and every client feels well looked after.Its a role for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys working at pace, and takes real pride in doing things properly because here, getting it right matters. Youre calm under pressure, great at spinning plates, and always one step ahead when it comes to planning and prioritising.People naturally warm to you. You communicate clearly, confidently, and kindly whether you're dealing with clients, colleagues, or chasing a piece of paperwork. Youre happy working as part of a close-knit team, but just as comfortable taking the reins when something needs sorting.You might have experience in property, legal, hospitality or another people-focused role and youre no stranger to CRMs, cloud calendars or formatting a well-presented document. And if youve worked in or around estate agency before, thats a bonus (but not a deal-breaker full training is provided).Above all, youre someone who takes pride in delivering brilliant service, every step of the way.
