Sales Operations Controller

Job DescriptionDo you have SAP experience?Want to join a fast-growing, award-winning tech company, where you'll be reporting directly into the CEO?We're looking for a proactive Sales Operations Controller for a fixed term of up to 14 months, to support the global sales operations.You'll ensure smooth internal processes, from SAP-based transactions and CRM updates, to order fulfilment, licensing, and logistics.In this varied role, you'll be:Managing SAP sales processes including quotes, orders and invoicesCoordinate customer communication, payments, licensing, and documentationOversee online salesHandle shipping, procurement and payment processingAdminister CRM, e-commerce, legal documents including NDA's and contractsSupport IT procurementMaintain records, generate reports and triage shared mailboxesThis role will require a strong background in administration/operations along with ERP (ideally SAP) experience.
