Job DescriptionJob Title: Sales Director (UK Based occasional International Travel)Location: UK, Hybrid / Remote Options AvailableSalary: 75,000-85,000K base + (30-40% bonus + Car allowance + pension + healthcare0Overview:Our client is a fast-expanding provider of electric steam and hot water systems, offering advanced low-carbon heating solutions to leading organizations across the food, pharmaceutical, energy, and manufacturing sectors.We are looking for a results-driven Sales Director/Sales Manager to lead commercial growth across the UK and global markets. This is a great step up role, for someone that has lead commercial growth and wants to move into growing/evolving group with lots of new challenges.Also our client needs someone very commercial and strategic minded and comfortable and previous international sales/experience driving sales in Africa & Asia.Key Responsibilities:Develop and lead UK (10-30%) and international sales strategies (70-90%)Target sectors such as food, pharmaceutical, energy, and manufacturingBuild and manage a high-performance sales team and partner networkLead key account management and high-value negotiationsProvide market insight on electrification and regulatory trendsRepresent the company at industry events and support strategic planningCollaborate with internal teams to align on growth objectivesPositioned for future leadership progression within the companyRequirements:Proven experience in a senior commercial or Sales Director roleStrong background in industrial equipment, energy systems, or HVACInternational sales experience and understanding of export marketsTechnical credibility with ability to engage on engineering-level topicsLeadership in scaling teams and driving commercial successWillingness to travel regularly, including internationalDesirable:Engineering or technical backgroundExperience in sustainability or energy transition sectorsMultilingual or cross-cultural selling experiencePackage Includes:75-85,000 base salary + (30-40% bonus + Car allowance)Company car or allowancePrivate healthcare and pensionInternational travel opportunitiesLeadership development and succession path to MD
