Project Quantity Surveyor DfE / Cf21 Framework Location: Cambridgeshire Type: Permanent Salary: 50,000 - 60,000 + Package Were working with a well-established main contractor who are delivering a major DfE / Cf21 education framework across the Cambridgeshire region. They are now looking to appoint an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity to be part of a long-term, secure framework with a strong pipeline of new school and education projects. Youll be responsible for managing all commercial aspects of your projects from early cost planning through to final accounts while working closely with both site and design teams. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day commercial duties on live projects Procurement, valuations, cost reporting and subcontract management Work collaboratively with clients and project teams to ensure successful delivery Support with forecasting, budgets, and contract administration About You: Proven experience as a Project QS within a Tier 1 contractor would be advantageous Exposure to DfE or Cf21 frameworks (desirable) Strong commercial and contractual knowledge Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Looking for a long-term role within a forward-thinking contractor This role offers stability, autonomy, and progression within a business that has secured work for the years ahead.
