Digital Marketing Manager XJTAG provides world-class boundary-scan test solutions used by electronics engineers worldwide for diagnostics, fault finding, and in-system programming.You’ll join our six-person marketing team and work closely with directors, technical specialists and the Business Development team to shape strategy, deliver campaigns and grow XJTAG’s market presence.In this role, you will drive the performance and impact of our marketing activities across all channels. Your success will be measured through increased reach, stronger engagement, higher lead quality and much higher quantity.This is a high-impact role in a small, innovative company where you’ll see the results of your work quickly and directly.ResponsibilitiesDevelop the company’s marketing strategy with other members of the marketing team to maximise our reach and impactDesign and deliver campaigns across multiple channels to increase market awareness of our products and services and generate leadsWork with teams, both technical and non-technical to plan, design and create content for our customer personasGain a deep understanding of our customer base, market segments and the wider electronics industryManage our marketing channels including email campaigns, website activity, LinkedIn presence, blog and hosted video contentImplement tracking, reporting and dashboarding of the company’s marketing activitiesRequirementsExceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor content to a range of audiencesStrong understanding from qualifications or experience of international B2B marketing, preferably to technical and engineering audiencesExceptional organisational ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, closely coordinated with other marketing and business development activityProficiency in a digital marketing tools such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, Instantly, Beehiiv and Clay, amongst othersProven experience of SEO, campaign tracking and automation workflowsFamiliarity with CRM tools, preferably HubSpotAnalytical, data-driven mindset with strong reporting and dashboarding skillsKnowledge of the electronics, test or measurement industries is a plusInterest in graphic design and familiarity with Adobe tools is a plusPermission to work in the UKBenefitsA relaxed, friendly and inclusive working environment in our office on the edge of Cambridge25 days paid annual leave (+8 bank holidays)Life assurance (3x salary)Enterprise Management Incentive (EMI) share schemeTraining and development provided both internally and externallyEmployee assistance programme with a range of wellbeing measures and benefitsTo apply, please email your CV to
