The team combines technical strength with a collaborative, down-to-earth culture and take pride in delivering excellent outcomes for clients.The WorkYoull handle a broad range of commercial disputes, regularly involving complex and high-value issues, including:Disputes arising from commercial agreementsInsolvency-related contentious mattersFranchise disagreementsInsurance coverage and liability disputesPartnership and shareholder conflictsMediation and other ADR processesClients include owner-managed businesses, family enterprises, high net worth individuals and larger organisations, with matters that are often high value and technically engaging.The RoleYou will play an integral part in the continued growth of the team, with responsibilities including:Managing your own varied caseload of commercial disputes with appropriate supervisionAdvising clients on both litigation strategy and ADR optionsSupporting partners on more complex and high-value mattersBuilding and maintaining strong client relationshipsContributing to business development and raising your personal and team profileThe CandidateA qualified Solicitor with solid experience in commercial dispute resolutionStrong knowledge of court procedures and ADR processesConfidence managing clients and running matters with increasing autonomyA team player who is motivated, organised and keen to contribute to growthAn interest in business development and building long-term client relationshipsThis role would suit someone who enjoys high-quality work but is also looking for a supportive environment where they can really establish themselves and progress.If you are interested, click apply or reach out to:Kieran.moore@oculus legalgroup.com07397117233
