JOB DESCRIPTION This Series C startup is seeking an in-house Legal Counsel with 3 to 5 years of PQE to support their legal function in a fast-paced, science-led environment. The role involves managing day-to-day legal work while enhancing legal processes as the company grows. Key responsibilities include drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, creating legal guidance materials, ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting legal research, and collaborating with various teams. The successful candidate will be commercially minded, organized, and proactive, with a strong grounding in contract law. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to meaningful work in advancing quantum computing technologies. We will also consider part-time applications for this role.
