A newly created role at Arm, designed to accelerate our People Group’s data maturity and leverage AI and analytics to drive insight, effectiveness, and excellent experiences for our people. This role will sit at the heart of Arm’s journey to becoming a more data- and AI-driven People function!This role has two core responsibilitiesLeading our People Analytics team– driving insight and decision-making through data and storytelling. Owning the People Group’s roadmap for AI– embedding AI and automation into everything we do to transform the people experience and our efficiency.A high-impact role, sitting at the intersection of people strategy, technology, and data science! You’ll work in close partnership with senior People leaders, IT, and the Digital & AI teams to ensure we are proactive, ethical, and effective in the way we use data, automation, and AI.ResponsibilitiesPeople AnalyticsLead, coach and develop a high-performing team of People Analysts, building capability in storytelling, data visualisation, analytics and AI experimentation. Set the strategic direction for People Analytics, aligned with our business and talent priorities. Deliver actionable insights across key areas such as workforce planning, engagement, retention, DEI, and organisation design, helping Arm anticipate and navigate how the world of work is changing Introduce advanced analytics capabilities such as predictive modelling, sentiment analysis, and organisational network analysis to shape our strategy and decision making Partner with colleagues across the People Group to define, prioritise, and deliver data-driven solutions, insights and dashboards. Lead the transformation to a company that makes better data-driven people decisions Champion data quality, governance, and scalability in partnership with IT and enterprise data teamsAI & AutomationDefine and drive the People Group’s roadmap for integrating AI and automation across processes, platforms, and experiences. Act as a connector between the People function and Arm’s broader AI strategy, ensuring alignment, momentum, and impact. Shape Arm’s approach to AI in the People Group through experimentation, collaboration, and thought leadership—helping us stay at the forefront of AI enabled people practices. Act as an internal consultant and thought partner on emerging trends and innovation in AI, encouraging accelerated adoption. Drive ethical and responsible use of AI and automation in processes and practices, with an emphasis on enhancing people experience.Required Skills And ExperienceExperience leading a People Analytics function or similar data-focused team, with high levels of team engagement Demonstrable experience of delivering AI implementations with measurable value for the business. Ability to shape and implement a strategic roadmap across analytics, automation, and change. Solid knowledge of data analytics, people metrics, and experience using technology, platforms, and tools (e.g., SuccessFactors, Power BI, Tableau, Python/R, SQL). Familiarity with AI/ML techniques and how they can be applied to improve people processes and decision-making. Knowledge of responsible AI, data ethics, or regulatory frameworks relating to data use. Passion for people data, technology, and enabling better outcomes for our community and the business. Collaborative approach and a passion for innovation, learning, and impact.
