Head of Medical Staffing - NHS

Are you an experienced Interim NHS Clinical Workforce & Medical Staffing manager (8b) with the ability to support an NHS Acute provider with medical workforce planning and productivity goals? Are you used to working closely within the HR teams but alongside the Medical Director, Clinical Consultants and Operational Managers to support clinical job plans, workforce planning, rotas and associated temporarystaffing needs and be strong enough to have difficult but positively challenging conversations when required? If so I may have a very interesting role to discuss and would love to hear from you. This is an initial 3 month interim post with likelihood of further extensions. Inside IR35 . Band circa 8b - rate 240 - 280 per day dependant on experience.
