Job Description Were recruiting a Head of Culinary & Hospitality to lead and elevate food and service standards across a group of exceptional care homes in the East of England.This is a highly visible, client-facing leadership role where hospitality truly sits at the heart of the operation. You will champion restaurant-quality dining, create memorable experiences for residents and families, and ensure every meal service delivers genuine 5-star hospitality.This role goes beyond kitchens.
