Here's what you need to know before applying:Your key responsibilities will include:Preparing delicious food to the highest standardsSupervising our culinary and catering teams to ensure we continue to deliver impeccable food and customer serviceCommunicating regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targetsRepresenting Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand imageLiaising between customers and our culinary and service teams to ensure we continue to exceed expectationsSupporting and training our teams, leading from the front to make sure everyone can excel in their roleImplementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams.Our ideal Catering Supervisor will:Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer serviceHave a minimum of two years of catering experienceHave experience managing teams in a similar roleHold a Basic Food Hygiene certificateHave excellent communication and organisational skillsBe an ambitious and motivated individual who is always looking to upskillPlease note: this role is term time only, contracted to 46 weeks per yearAs part of Compass you'll help to feed people, fuel progress and forge connections in around 6,000 venues.
