You will drive a talented team of RF engineers, remain hands on undertaking RF Design, and contribute to projects shaping product development. What You'll Do:Lead & Mentor: Manage and inspire RF design engineers, allocate resources, set priorities, and support team growth.Innovate & Design: Contribute to RF and baseband circuitry design, ensuring integration with key subsystems and meeting performance standards.Collaborate & Solve: Work collaboratively across multi-discipline teams, conduct design reviews, and support project timelines and technical goals.Your Skills:Degree in Electronics Engineering or Telecommunications.Extensive experience in RF design and developmentIn-depth knowledge of RF systems and technologies, including design, simulation, and testing.Demonstrable leadership experience undertaking people management and mentoring teamsStrong project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.In return?
