TheFinancialPlanningAdministratorwillandscheduleandco-ordinateclientmeetingsandwillsupportcompliantnewbusinesssubmissionsbycompletinganddistributingallrelevantinternalandexternaldocumentation;activelymanagingtheprogressofsuchsubmissionsandensuringtheCRMsystemisupdatedcorrectly. TheFinancialPlanningAdministratorwillactastheprimaryinterfaceforclientqueriesfrombothinternalandexternalclientstogetherwiththirdpartyprovidersandworkwithavariedclientbase. TheFinancialPlanningAdministratorwillberesponsibleforthepreparationofclientreviewreports,issuingFinancialPlanningrecommendationreportsandprocessingwithdrawalrequests. Liaisingwiththirdpartiesregardinglettersofauthority;requestingpolicyinformation,fundswitchesandinstructingtransfersofstockand/orcash.
