Multi-Trade Operative (Temp to Perm) Cambridgeshire 23 per hour + Van & Fuel Card We are currently recruiting an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to work for a social housing main contractor, covering projects across Cambridgeshire. This is a temp to perm opportunity offering long-term, stable work for the right candidate. Role & Responsibilities Carrying out reactive and planned maintenance within social housing properties Completing a range of multi-trade works to a high standard Working independently across multiple sites within Cambridgeshire Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with client expectations Requirements Proven experience as a Multi-Trade Operative Carpentry-biased or Plumbing-biased (essential) Experience working within social housing Clean, full UK driving licence Reliable, professional, and customer-focused approach Whats on Offer 23 per hour Company van & fuel card provided Temp to perm contract Ongoing work with a reputable main contractor TPBN1_UKTJ
